What to Grow in your Winter Garden Beds
Just because its winter it doesn’t necessarily mean you need to hang up your garden boots. Maybe consider a garden bed you can put under your pergola or patio and that way you can look after it without having to go too far out into the yard during frosty or rainy days.
Now is the time to consider planting many vegetables that tend to grow best between 10-20 degrees celsius. Think about vegetables such as cabbage, lettuce and snow peas.
Start planning for your July planters and save a day to start growing thyme or even shallots.
Tomatoes and spinach are better grown in August.
